Hoosier Valley debt keeps school corp. standing in line
"The New Albany-Floyd County School System applied for about 20 grants through Hoosier Valley Economic Opportunity Council and Hoosier Valley Enterprises, but the non-profit organization's bankruptcy left the school holding the bag on three different grants totaling nearly $87,000."
