Flow of traffic to be changed on alley behind Trib

Direction of traffic that uses alley behind Tribune building is to be reversed. It was being used by vehicles going from Main to Spring Streets, making it dangerous for employees on foot using the alleys behind their buildings (such as employees unloading papers behind the Tribune building).
