Consolidated Schools Supt., states that Phase II of the 21st Century Facilities Plan is almost complete.. Highland Hills Middle School is to be dedicated on Feburary 27. On the same day, Scribner Middle School and Hazelwood Middle School will be rededicated (after major renovations/expansions).
