G'town ponders sewer rate increase

"The potential rate increase would stem from an agreement the town made with the city of New Albany...to increase their sewer flow rate from 226,000 gallons a day to 500,000 gallons a day. That increase will cost Georgetown about $2.1 million and payment is due in full to the city by the end of September."
