La Rosita to bring same great tastes downtown but now with a liquor license. When its downtown location along Spring Street opens this summer, La Rosita Grill will have blossomed in five years from a market stand with nine stools to a restaurant with the capacity to seat 300 customers. Workers are reformatting the inside of the building to include a dance floor, bar area and dining room. Photographs accompany the article
