FCHS designated 'best buy' school

Hoosier high schools offering the highest education achievement levels for the lowest amount of tax dollars were honored yesterday by the Indiana Chamber of commerce in the six (sic) edition of its Indiana's Best Buys report.. For their exemplary efforts, the top three schools from the "best buy" and "honor roll" lists were selected as "Head of the Class" members. The 2004 "Head of the Class" includes Floyd Central High School.
