Fatal crash forces Spring Street crackdown

After a double-fatality on Spring St. July 5th New Albany Police are concentrating their efforts to stop drivers who speed.. On July 17th along Spring Street, NAPD officer Todd Bailey handed out 25 speeding citations within a five-hour period.. A list of fines associated with speeding is included in the article.
