Man allegedly splashes woman with liquid, steals purse at Kmart

The woman told police the alleged robber called her phone and stated that his truck broke down and he needed assistance. She told police that when she arrived the man got in the front seat of her car and splashed a liquid substance, possibly vinegar in her face; the man took her purse and fled the scene. Bernard George was arrested Monday evening on a warrant for possession of cocaine and other related drug charges; he faces one to eight years in prison if convicted of all charges
