Group to help streamline disaster efforts in So. Indiana

The Southern Indiana Community Organizations Active in Disaster, or SINCOAD, encompasses three counties -- Clark, Floyd and Harrison; it is a grant-funded project paid through the Indiana Association of United Ways from funding received following the January storm.
