Former youth shelter employee indicted

Floyd County Prosecutor Keith Henderson has said Virginia I. French, a part-time night supervisor, is charged with six counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Allegedly she allowed three boys and three girls she was supervising to have sex at the shelter.. Police investigator Greg Penell said the police had interviewed six boys and girls ages 14-17.
