The family owned business was founded in 1905. James was originally a barber and his shop was located in the front of 344 Vincennes Street, and he lived in the back ... he eventually started the real estate business there also ... C. Robert took over the business in 1922, he worked until he died in 1968 ... leaving the business to Robert B. ... C.
