Resident takes issue with city trying to acquire his property. Roger Davis loves his house on West Market Street which is why he's in no hurry to see it bulldozed in the name of a development. Lopp Properties is looking to bring a multiuse development to the west end of New Albany, but they need to acquire all the property in the proposed area before building.
