Forum to examine region's art needs

Roger Whaley is president of the Board of Directors of the Arts Council. Andrea Grossman is the executive director of The Arts Council of Southern Indiana. The Arts Council plans to move into a new building on Market St. that is being renovated through a capital campaign. Both directors agree that the Arts Council does not want to be a member agency of the Fund for the Arts; it would compound th agency's financial problems.
