Hearing on Green Valley Road zoning delayed

The New Albany Plan Commission has posponed the public hearing on land adjacent to the North Industrial Park until the March 16 meeting. About 25 acres of the land is suitable for residential housing. Two developers have begun a project. The thought is to continue this construction to the west. When the Commission meets they will pass their decision to the City Council.
