Historic preservation programs at risk

If the proposed budget cuts are approved by Congress, the Preserve America and Save America's Treasures programs would be eliminated from the budget as part of the president's plan to cut spending. New Albany is a designated Preserve America community and has applied for competitive grant funds in the past for projects.
