Jurors' access to cell phones limited under new rules

Local judges already take cell phones during deliberations. The Indiana Supreme Court announced new jury instructions earlier this month banning computers, cell phones and other electronic communication dvices during deliberations. Jurors will also be instructed not to use the Internet to do research at home
