KIPDA should met deadlines

Kentuckiana Regional Planning and Development Agency is on schedule to have its long-range Horizon 2030 plan and its short-range Transportaion Improvement Plan updated before Dec. 8 in order to avoid going into a funding lapse or freeze. If the plans are not updated by the December deadline, KIPDA would be unable to access federal money for local road projects.
