Library offers flower arranging program

The NA-FC library will offer a free Flower Arranging program from 7 to 8 p.m. Sept. 7 in the library's auditorium. Suzanna Roberson has over 20 years experience in flower arranging and will demonstrate arranging fresh, silk, and dry flowers and discuss combining colors and textures. She will complete a fall wreath for the class to be given out as a door prize to one lucky participant
