KIPDA forced to wait

KIPDA continues to stuggle with future transportation plans. The federal government is one group that may impact future transportation plans in the region. While the plan is under a lapse, KIPDA cannot enter into new projects and would be limited to move forward on the projects in the current TIP. KIPDA has previously determined it will move forward with an exempt MPO, which would impose limits on any project that impacts air quality, like new roads, new bridges and widening roads
