Area is well-represented in Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2005. Flynn, the 1971 Mr. Basketball from Jeffersonville and a star for the 1975 NCAA runner-up Kentucky team, was announced as a selection last year. He was granted a request then to have his induction delayed until this year.. Henry is New Albany High School's only Trester Award winner. During his 1954-55 senior season, the Bulldogs finished 24-4 and were the state tourney runner-up.. MacLeod, a New Albany of native, played basketball for four years under Pete Murphy at Providence. He went on to Bellarmine University where he earned a school-record 10 letters in basketball, baseball and track. MacLeod was a coach at Oklahoma and Notre Dame and in the NBA.
