Man allegedly beaten for kicking out fighting couple

A New Albany man was arrested Monday for class B felony robbery resulting in bodily injury for allegedly beating and robbing a man who told him to leave his house. Levi D. Creedon appeared in Floyd County Superior Court 3 on Tuesday as he was ordered to be held in jail 15 days with bond then being set at $150,000 court cash or surety.
