Fraze signs dogs over to shelter

41 dogs were seized from Save the Dog Sanctuary on Jan. 12, owned by Katherine Fraze, and located at 554 Old Corydon Ridge Road. An agreement came after the Floyd County Animal Control ruled last week that Fraze could have the dogs back if she paid a $3,363 fee and had a proper place for the animals to return. Since the Floyd County Health Department condemned Fraze's trailer on the 130-acre sancturay, the dogs were not allowed to go back to the property
