Jail renovations moving forward

The Floyd County Jail will soon be renovated, but may take a few months before improvements are noticed by the general public. But Sheriff Frank Loop said he won't have any trouble seeing the upgrades. A modern water heating system has already been installed and a new roof will be laid in a matter of weeks.
