Fisherman's body recovered from river

A local family's vigil is over with the discovery Saturday of the body of fisherman Marcus "Shawn" Williams, who went missing in the Ohio River on Friday. Law enforcement officers had been searching the river near Falls of the Ohio State Park in Clarksville, where Williams and friend Billy Waugh were overcome when the water rose quickly in the area they were fishing.
