Kingsfield building 'a total loss'

Although the cause and origin of a building fire in a New Albany apartment complex is still under investigation, Kingsfield owners say the building is a "total loss." The fire, which happened just after 1 a.m. Tuesday at the complex on Mills Lane, sent one resident to the hospital with smoke inhalation, after the 16-unit building caught fire, New Albany Fire Marshal Chris Koehler sad Wednesday.
