Residents voice concerns over relocation of houses

Thirty houses must be destroyed or removed to accommodate the expansion of the hospital. A group of Valley View Court residents met with New Albany Housing Authority Director Bob Lane. Mr. Lane provided a mortgage from 1938 that states the houses were turned over to the Housing Authority for $268,000. It appears Valley View Court belongs to the city.
