Plan Commission voices concern over barn's safety

The plan commission decided to defer the approval of a conditional use of a barn on the property of Bob & Ruth Rufing...they want to make the barn into a bed & breakfast inn & rental hall for special occasions, to help offset taxes & expenses...the building is located off Rufing Road in Greenville
