Tri Kappa Sorority has grant money to give to non-profit groups

Tri Kappa philanthropic sorority will celebrate its Centennial anniversary this summer. March is the month when Tri Kappa invites non-profit organizations to apply for funds. A application can be obtained from Beth White, community resource chair. Tri Kappa awarded $15,850 to several community applicants and scholarship applicants. Annually Tri Kappa sponsors the Elementary Art Exhibit at the library. Tri Kappa also sponsors Kids' Day at the library. Kids' Day is an afternoon of free activities and crafts.
