School board honors two former educators

School Board unanimously approves petition to name Hazelwood auditorium "Harry Shields Memorial Auditorium" and physical education facility "Edwin 'Skip' Ellmers Physical Education Complex".. "Skip" Ellmers taught and coached at Hazelwood for 40 years.. Harry Shields came to Hazelwood in 1961; was named principal in 1972; retired following the 1990-91 school year.
