"A county resident wants to establish temporary parking in Floyd County for Caesar's employees while the boat's facility is under construction". Robert Holland seeks conditional use to build parking lot "just off Seven Mile Lane, which according to offficials is a narrow one lane road that would need to be brought up to county specifications to handle the amount of traffic caused by a parking lot". Issue is tabled, as more information is needed from Holland.
