Plans for new senior center go before public

The city of Georgetown has applied to the Indiana Department of Commerce for a grant to build a senior citizens center. Georgetown hopes to have the facility constructed by March 2005. The center would interact with Providence House to have children, families and seniors together in a mentoring program.
