Taking credit

The city is asking for 100,000-700,000 sewer credits for completing the expansion and renovation work to the sewer system. The wastewater treatment plant is planning to expand its capacity in wet-weather conditions. The plant will install an 18-inch line that will enable water to bypass tanks at the plant in wet-weather conditions. The work on the sewers should be completed by the April 2005 projection date.
