Old Hwy. 31 to close tomorrow

"Old Hwy.31" ([old Hwy. 62?? -- it runs between E. Spring Street (at Beharrel) and the Lewis and Clark Parkway (Hwy. 131)] is to be partially closed so that rerouting of SBC lines can be done, in preparation for the future work on Silver Creek Bridge.
