Police release name of motorcyclist killed in accident

Risner was killed after the motorcycle he was driving struck a Jeep Cherokee driven by Flener. Flener was not injured. The accident occurred at the intersection of Charlestown Rd. and Slate Run Rd.. photo of the wreck appeared in the july 15 issue, pg 1
