University Woods Apartments under new ownership

The 188-unit University Woods Apartments was purchased by Darren and Thomas. The new owners plan to make $600,000 in repairs to the complex which include replacing roofs and gutters, replacing shutters, resurfacing the parking lots, improving the landscaping, correcting the deficiencies in the pool and upgrading the clubhouse and laundry facilities.
