On the fringe

A dispute over the two mile fringe area in Georgetown has been going on since 1994.. The Georgetown lawsuit wants to include the Floyd County Plan Commission and the Board of Commissioners as co-defendents.. The judge informed the town they had 30 days to file a motion to add both the county boards to the suit.
