School system saw many changes in 2002

Dr. Dennis Brooks assumed the position of school superintendent.. New Albany High School had its rededication ceremony on April 14, 2002.. Scribner and Hazelwood middle schools underwent renovations.. Four members were elected to the school board for the first time in the corporation's history.. Dr. Brooks has been dealing with the state budget crisis which has meant less dollars for school corporations.
