PSI Energy requests rate increase for 2003

PSI has not raised rates since 1996.. The actual increase would not show on the customers bills until early in 2004.. PSI has invested more than $500 million in pollution control equipment since 1996.. PSI also is investing more than $200 million to convert a coal-fired power plant to natural gas.
