Storms suspected of spooking missing police dog

Kimbo is a narcotics and apprehension dog. He has been Officer Scott Sam's dog for 5 years. Kimbo is very afraid of thunderstorms and has never left his yard. Officials planned to retire Kimbo in the summer because Officer Sams will be a school resource officer.. Photograph accompanies the article.
