Providence House for children wins state award

Providence House in Georgetown won the Excellence in Affordable Housing Award in the "Special Needs Housing" category. Providence House provides around-the-clock care for abused and neglected children, along with case management and shelter for families reuniting with children in foster care and families in danger of separation because they are homeless or live in substandard housing.
