Stem scholarship to be handed out

The Stem Scholarship pays full tuition for 4 years and covers the cost of books and any materials required for art classes.. Richard Stem contributed $500,000 to create this endowed scholarship in fine arts and music in memory of his mother, Martha, who taught the subjects for years..
