Trash overflow

The director of City Operations has received many calls from residents who are angry that their trash is not being picked up. The street department is responsible for picking up trash. These items are tree limbs, bushes, couches and other large items. The city will soon be divided into 4 districts. Residents will have their trash picked up on an assigned day.
