Subdivision planning slow in 2004

In the first 5 months of last year, developers asked the plan commission to approve nine new subdivisions. The ordinances require expensive studies and design work before a subdivision proposal can even be submitted. One developer's plans for a subdivision sewage treatment plant were rejected last year and it has delayed some plans.
