Store has been a learning experience for owner

A consignment store, The Blue Fox, opened at 222 Pearl St. in the White House Centre. Colleen Foxworthy and Debbie Zipperle operate the shop. Besides clothing, the store has gift items and art for sale. The store provides wedding gown preservation and offers alterations.
