Residents weigh options to fight sewer plant

Edwardsville Community Inc. has hired an attorney to help residents fight Georgetown's proposed annexation. Georgetown wants to build a sewer treatment plant (half a mile from Tunnel Hill cemetery) in this area which they propose to annex.
