Semonin Realtors opens two new facilities

A new branch and real estate academy opened at Blackstone Center on Charlestown Road. The new 6,700 square foot building will have 65 sales associates. However, the total capacity can serve over 100 agents. The real estate academy will be in the same building. This facility is the main office for sales and` marketing in Southern Indiana.
