System crash

The New Albany Police Dept.'s computer server failed and many files were not able to be retreived.. The department needs a full-time computer administrator according to Captain Mike Culwell.. Captain Culwell recommends a new police report management program as well; the previous system was installed 9 years ago and is very outdated.
