Railroad repairs continue in New Albany

Crews continued utility work underneath 15th Street this week. Officials said a good portion of sewer repairs have been accomplished, as the city's work has coincided with upgrades being made by CSX Corp. to railroad tracks at Spring and Elm, and Elm and Oak streets.
