Police pursue hit-and-run driver across interstate

Ronnie Houchens was arrested on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement, criminal recklessness and operating while intoxicated. The driver led police across Interstate 64 through Louisville and into Floyd County. Police vehicles surrounded the truck, but the driver refused to exit; officers knocked out the windshield and pulled the driver out; police said the driver had a strong odor of alcohol
