Tea with a Queen

Several girls from S. Ellen Jones and Fairmont Elementary Schools spent an afternoon getting etiquette tips from Tiffany Richart, 4-H Queen and Cheryl McDowell, Harvest Homecoming Queen.. The intent of the program is to build self-esteem and self-confidence.. There is a year-long program sponsored by CHOICES which gives the girls tools to make good choices..
